A commitment to client centricity
In my various visits since we started operations here in 2015, what’s always stood out to me is how each guest is welcomed with a flower garland or bouquet, along with a Tilak to the forehead, representing respect, positive energy, and an auspicious beginning. This practice is deeply rooted in the local culture, where guests are revered, reflected in the saying “atithi devo bhava”, or “the guest is God”. This custom is reflected in our office’s commitment to client centricity throughout our shared services, offshoring, and advisory services rendered to APAC and beyond. We’re also incredibly proud of our collaborative partnership with Ashray Akruti, a local Hyderabad charity that seeks to re-enable disadvantaged youth through education.

A world-class experience forged through ethics
There's a Sanskrit verse, "धर्मेणहि सम्पन्नं सर्वे प्रपृच्छन्ति वा। यशः कर्मणा लभ्यं शान्तं चैव समाहितम्" that translates to "Through righteousness, all beings find respect; success is earned through virtuous action and peace of mind." I really like this verse as it resonates deeply with our approach as a business - here at Robert Walters India, our success is defined not by the number of positions we fill, but how we go about them.
